“The WORST customer service I have ever experienced”

Initially, FlashDriveUSB looked like a very promising company to do business with. I needed bespoke USB drives made up for a client for an important presentation. They took my money, assured me that the product would be delivered by 9am to the required destination on the required date, and that everything would be sorted.

On the delivery date, the USB drives were nowhere to be found at 9am. As you can imagine, my clients were livid. Eventually the sticks turned up at 2.30pm and when discussing the problem with the delivery company, they informed us that they don't do pre-9am deliveries. I mean, seriously what the...?!

I have since made many calls to FlashDrive USB who is now refusing to do anything to rectify the situation. I am out of pocket as my client will not pay me. And more importantly, my agency's name is now tarnished as unreliable.

Mistakes happen, but the sheer lack of conscience, care and consideration of my plight by FlashDrive USB is simply unacceptable. There is absolutely no after-sales care with this company.

Take my advice - purchase your USB sticks from a different company who actually care about their customers.
