Good Points
I should have known by thier name- rack SHACK that they were lame and that they didn't own rackshack.com but I was stupid enough to use them. They turned my server off all the time and I would sue them if they weren't in TEXAS of all places. Please stay away from these characters.

Bad Points
Server wasn't as it was supposed to be.
I was turned off "accidentally" and they could not "find" my server and would not fix it.
They wouldn't let me put in more hard drives or ram. They were using COGENT bandwidth- which is terrible bandwidth.

General Comments
I recommend that you stay away from RackShack.Net if you can.. I'd be hard pressed to see any reason to go with these uncaring characters..WARNING! STAY AWAY!
