“Terrible quality product, poor customer service.”

Thrilled at the arrival of our first daughter we entrusted Snapfish with he task of producung our birth announcements. My wife found the website slow to respond and not very user friendly. The cards arrived within the stated time frame but were of terrible quality. The babys picture had been cropped so as to chop off the top of her head, the paper used was textured and this gave a very mottled to the picture. (There was no mention of this on the website at the time of designing the cards) The babys name was incomplete and was printed off of the page such that only the top half of some of the words were printed. The print quality on the text was a mixed bag which gave the impression of the cards being produced on a printer with a blocked print head. Clearly these cards had not been subjected to any form of quality checks before shipping.
Customer services were very unhelpful with the only options open to return the cards for inspection (12-15 days turn around) or a re print of the same order; there was no possiblity to change the paper type to get away from the mottled effect.
So we have chosen to opt for a refund and have now entrusted Vistaprint with the job of printing our cards.
We certainly would not use this service again.
