“The Alex Rider books are brilliant for a decent...”

written by on 09/11/2010

The Alex Rider books are brilliant for a decent children's age range, I began reading them when I was 7 and enjoyed them until 12. I am nearly 15 now and though they are an easy-read and clearly unrealistic at my age now, I feel that I will have to read his final book, simply because I grew up with half of the books and I would like to see how we will end the series. Stormbreaker was probably the second-best of his books after Scorpia (book number 5) as it captured you right from the beginning thoughout the plot although did get dull towards the middle but soon sped up again. I suggest that any boy aged 8 - 11 would thoroughly enjoy the well-paced and inspiringly action packed mystery book, after reading number 1, you won't need any more persuading to read the rest!
