“Diamond cross necklace”

I purchased a gorgeous necklace from Lloyds and it is worrying when you are paying a lot of money for an item bought online but I was over the moon with the necklace and the service I received from LLoyds, nothing was too much trouble. I wanted a longer chain than the one that came with the pendant and they went to the trouble of pricing and ordering one which came the next day. I was kept informed of the ordering/delivery process all the way through the order. I liked the videos of the jewellery as I could see the actual size of the item. I would definitely use LLoyds again for their professionalism, assistance and knowledge.
