I Ordered aftershave and there was an issue about delivering it to Northern Ireland (flammable liquid in the post). I was first contacted by a pleasant member of staff and informed that I would be refunded due to postal rules, I spoke to another member of staff (still pleasant) after checking with the post office. Problem solved. I re-ordered, Excellent service, would highly recommend
