“WHAT customer service”

Ordered on line which was easy enough then when paying decided to go for next day delivery and paid the extra. When the plates did not turn up tried contacting showplate direct 7 times with absolutely no response. All I wanted to know was when my plates would actually be delivered. I had been given a tracking number which was for Royal Mail only to find that they were waiting for the package.
I eventually got my plates but asked for the next day delivery cost to be refunded or I will mention in a review, it was only then that I started getting replies from them
So IF you do use then don’t expect any communication from them if things go wrong or simply want and update you will get no response until you have to threaten with a bad review. CUSTOMER SERVICE none existent be warned
