There were numerous faults in John Lewis kitchen installation --- poor and rude communications, whoever is in charge in Didsbury does not listen to valid complaints, they do not clean up their detritus, parts of their components were faulty, there were delays in sending replacement parts, they left two doors unhung, there were delays in laying flooring, they ended their installation unfinished, they promised inspection on "completion" and this did not occur, there were numerous delays when their workmen went off on different jobs elsewhere. Terrible overall considering their charges are excessive, and even so I had to pay for a reliable handyman to fix the faults and omissions. I have lost all trust in the John Lewis kitchens department, and John Lewis in general, although there are some good sales personnel.
