I have ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mother and payed extra for urgent delivery on the weekend.
The flowers did not arrive and after contacting the help service I am told that the address that I have been using for her post that would always arrive there and was provided to us by her estate agent is not correct/complete, without any other explanation. I am told to call (there is no email provided) the courier within a limited scope of hours. Which I keep trying and within those hours I just hear a Spanish message that I don’t understand and then it hangs up on me.
The customer service keeps telling me to call them and they keep hanging up. I have sent them the address but apparently they cannot communicate with the courier themselves??!!
Mother’s Day was ruined my money is gone. I cannot have a refund only a voucher from a company that I never ever want to use anymore because of how they treated me.
