My phone got sent in and went missing due to them apparantly moving from London up to the North.
I called and emailed constantly, it took 3 weeks for them to accept responsibility but would still not give me the full amount I was offered. I spoke to the customer service line manager. Wow.
She just shouted over me constantly and actually told me to shut up. She then hung up on me. I spoke to another lady a few times, lovely, but the rest of the staff there are a joke.
