Originally found much cheaper quote elsewhere for a comparable type of cover.

Your agent was not only able to price match but even better this quote. She was very professional in her approach to my query. She personally deserved 5 star rating.

Why oh why could you not have quoted me the lower amount in the first place thereby saving me time chasing round the Internet etc ? Knocked off a star from rating as a result of you trying it on with inflated quote.
