“Queuing your policy”

First 2 years they couldn't be more helpful going into year 3 has been a nightmare get told different things regarding policy speak to them 3 times in a 7 day period and on the 3rd day when the complaint was due to be resolved all of a sudden complaint wasn't logged properly have also requested copy of voice calls from the day of my policy and I am still waiting in my opinion stay well clear
