“Do they ever call back? ”

Bought a camper van at Exeter show. We asked for a solar panel and a rear view camera to be fitted. They fitted a reversing camera. We were told to speak to salesman who dealt with us. Left 4 messages in February. Still waiting for call to be returned. Started to use van 2 weeks ago, due to circumstances we were unable to use it before. Found that solar panel had only been connected one of of the 2 batteries. Tried to ring Highbridge and left numerous messages, but no response. Disappointed with lack of after sales service.
