“Payment problems ”

Your site was recommended to us from a friend when I booked my holiday online on the 8th may I chose the 3 payment option A payment was taken there and then them another payment was supposed to be taken on the 9/06 and then another final payment 4 weeks before my holiday started only by chance I looked at my bank statement on the 10 may and you had taken another payment of over 500 pound which wasn’t agreed so I checked my holiday account and the balance did not reflect what had been taken out of my bank account I immediately called your customer service and was promised a call back within 4 hrs that was 3 days ago I’ve had no call back however the second payment is Now showing on my holiday account this payment was no supposed to be paid until the 09/06 so unfortunately my first experience with your company hasn’t been great however we are looking forward to our holiday.
