Sadly left holding on the phone!
The lady that took down the details of the accident involving my (parked car which was hit by a moving vehicle) was polite, but I was left holding on for ages when she transferred me / attempted to transfer me, to the company who would be organising the repair. There was no message on the phone line to indicate whether the business was closed, or had lots of calls to answer and thus perhaps I was in a queue of calls, but I had no way of telling. Then cut off.
I therefore decided to deal with the matter of the car repairs /claim elsewhere.
