“Confusing with poor customer service!”

Firstly, poor signage meant we went straight past the entrance for Toad Parking and ended up asking where it was! Following booking the car in we were given a card and asked to follow the instructions on the back following clearing baggage on returning. Three couples stood waiting in the cold at the pick up place stated on the card, after 20 minutes it was clear that there was no bus on the way. Usually you phone to say that you have landed and are at the pick up point, however the card stated to only use the number in an emergency! Confused someone dug out an email they had had from correspondence with Toad which said to call them once we had cleared baggage!!!! Also they claim they are only two minutes from the airport! Well not quite true as the bus has to make stops at various bus points making it nearer 20 minutes. Finally, if you happen to get back in the dark good luck trying to find your car and the way out, Its totally pitch black!!! The chap happily tells you your car is in row 3 on the left once you get out of their office. I wandered around in the darkness pressing my key fob until I found my car, then came finding the way out, unfortunately people in the same situation thought I knew the way and so followed me meaning three cars had to reverse in the darkness as we were all totally lost! Why are there no lights to guide you? Why doesn't one of the staff grab a torch and guide you to your car and show you the way out?? First and last time for me!
