“Good Solid Service”

Ordered a fire off this site a few weeks ago. My fire arrived, but it was the wrong one. So I emailed them to tell them there was a problem, and they emailed back saying that the wrong one would be collected the next day and the new one swapped on the doorstep, and if this wasnt suitable to let them know and they would redeliver at my convenience. I love efficient companys.
