“Saved me a night out in the cold”

The dog accidentally locked me out of motorhome at 11.30 at night while I was staying at campsite in Highlands of Scotland. The GEM control team was fantastic - arranged breakdown company to come out to assist me, which arrived within the promised hour. They picked up on the fact that I was a lone female many miles from home, locked out of my overnight accommodation and with only my phone,the dog and clothes I was wearing. They were most solicitious to make sure that I was safe, and phoned back after 30 minutes and after the breakdown man had left. This is not the first time I have had to use GEM recovery, and I have always found it a fantastic service. Thoroughly recommend.
