“Insurance replacement”

My bike was stolen which was very irritating. The insurance voucher was processed fast but to convert it to cash came at a penalty of 20% which is really steep.
I ended up finding a reasonable match for my bike but then when trying to find accessories (replacement lights and locks etc) they will not price match for insurance vouchers - complete piracy. Also this is a sister site for TREDZ where a lot of items are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper but they will not match them and the voucher is not valid for that site.
I only used them as I had to, and it was really frustrating the way that they penalise you for using an insurance voucher despite proclaiming themselves as insurance replacement specialists.
