Did online chat to find out which pads I should be ordering then placed order accordingly, received pads in a timely manner but then all started to go wrong. Car went into garage who then advised pads were incorrect fitment following removing old pads from one wheel. Sent an email stating as such that evening and having received no response the following morning called to speak to customer service who advised they would send the correct part out on a next working day service, having waited until 4 the following working day with no delivery called to get tracking info only to be told they hadn’t been sent and was promised they would be sent the following day. Again waited until late afternoon then called for tracking info only to be told that not only didn’t they send them but they didn’t have any available and that I would be given a refund once they have picked up incorrect parts. Absolute farce and terrible customer service!
