“Excellent After Sales Service”

I happily travelled from North Finchley to this store despite having 4 cycle shops on my doorstep after an informative telephone conversation with customer service.

The level of service & depth of knowledge amongst the staff is second to none along with their no pressure sales approach and staff are more than willing to demonstrate basic repair techniques; I now know how to replace my tube and tyre should the occasion arise! Definitely worth consideration & or a visit for all your biking needs from sales to service - you really wont be disappointed!

The store is well sized and airy with plenty of stocked on hand, it's a pleasure to browse and buy with the added bonus of having a workshop just a short stroll to the back of store any bike accessories bought can be fitted by the polite and friendly technicians.

All in all a positive shopping experience and look forward to the added bonus of my free 6 week tune up which comes standard on any new bike purchased :)
