“Still waiting for next day delivery 2 weeks later”

I ordered a mower for next day delivery only to find three days later they hadn't ordered against their suppliers (Einhell UK). Benefit of the doubt given given the proximity to Easter.

Next, Einhell deliver me a scarifier not a lawn mower, both Mow Direct and Einhell point at the other blaming the other for the mis-delivery (who knows who got it wrong but I've got a scarified I don't want and didn't order).

Next Mow Direct promise to re-deliver on Wedneday (then 2 weeks after order). The scarifier is collected but no replacement mower. Now Mow Direct say they don't know where the order is so will send me another due tomorrow ... 24 hours or cashback being initiated through the card company.

Entirely unimpressed.
