“Anglian are RUBBISH!”

Avoid at all costs! Took 3 sets of doors and diabolical customer service to get the job done. AND I still have two French doors with draughts coming through both sides. Quality control is non existent and one set of doors was hung so badly that the barrel in one of them broke because the door would not lock properly. Also there were no packers in the doors which are needed to line them up in the frame - no wonder the lock broke! The installation manager doesn't listen and is a bully. All in all, job still not complete. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I made the decision to us them they would never have had my business if that was the case. Stress levels are through the roof. This company just doesn't care as long as they have your money.
