“Great customer service”

I am thoroughly impressed with Simply Games.

There was a technical fault with my product when it arrived, but Simply Games replied to my first enquiry in a friendly and helpful way in less than an hour. They arranged collection and refund in double quick time, and the communications throughout were first class. I bought a replacement from SG at the time of return and the replacement was free of the fault.
Whenever you buy something there is always a chance of a manufacturing fault, but the mark of a great company for me is how quickly and helpfully problems are resolved, and Simply Games were fantastic.
It's the first time I've used them-but it won't be the last.
