I have just been on the on the phone to them for nearly 40 minutes. All I wanted was to speak to an advisor; to change my memorable word. The first time I called after automated chat had finished I got through, and was asked my name, after that I was asked what I was calling about; and when I explained that I had difficulty in logging on to their website, the phone went dead. So I had to go through the whole process again. I got through and the advisor was quite amateur, and she put me on hold; listening to music for well over 5 minutes; then to be told that she couldn't help me today as that part of the system was 'down'. She said could I ring back tomorrow. Enough said; but appalling, rude and discourteous service. Obviously, not a service!
