“good customer support, shame about the network!”

The subject says it all really. I was with 3 for about 7 years and i have to say, I found the cs to be consistently excellent. What I appreciated (in contrast to vodafone) was that 3 cs is more single tier - if you phone with a problem, it is like the first person to answer will be able to deal with it, rather than having to be transferred over and over. This saves a HUGE amount of frustration.

Second, whenever there was an unresolved problem which meant they needed to contact me, they always rang when they said they would. contrast this with a cs op from vodafone leaving me a message that they would ring back for my feedback (having dumped my vf contract) - and never did!

in short, if you live in an area that is well served by 3 I would not hesitate in recommending them.
