“Choking hazard BEWARE”

The product label has a "disclaimer"IMPORTANT: Please remove all packaging prior to your dog playing with this toy. Dog toys are not indestructible, dependent on your dog's chewing temperament denotes the longevity of this product. Dogs should be supervised at all times when playing with toys. Examine regularly for wear and tear, if the toy becomes ripped or damaged, please remove from your dog immediately. This is a dog toy and is not suitable for children under 36 months. It is the responsibility of the dog owner to ensure that this toy is suitable for their dog, all dogs vary in size and how they play with toys.

Inside the soft toys is a squeaker which is approximately 1 1/2 inches diameter by 1/2 inch high - which has the potential to choke. The "disclaimer" suggests it would be ok to give to a child over 36 months to play with the dog yet there is no CE logos.
