Phoned for assistance at 18:00. Unable to locate a policy twice under my registration.
Called back again. Finally located policy. (My mobile was flat by that time & I had to borrow someones landline).
Told they would arrive between 19:00 - 19:30. They didn't turn up. They didn't call back to explain there was a delay. Yet they knew I was with a child.
At 20:00 I called them again and was assured they would be with me within the hour. At 21:15 I had given up and managed to find someone else who could fix the car.
When I phoned to cancel the call out I was told they were expected at 21:30. Yeah ok... Don't bother.
