“4st milestone ”

Just got my 4st milestone which is fantastic. Nutracheck has helped me keep on track I put in everything in and it tells me how I’m doing for the day. I especially like the meal creator I’m up to 48 breakfast, lunch and dinner meals now, this helps me to not only plan my meals in advance but also allows me to plan my shopping so I’m not tempted to just pop to out and buy something and there’s no need to grab that takeaway at the last minute. The only thing I’d like adding is an option for changing the graphs/charts so that I could see my achievements different ways.
