Used to be absolutely fine - has previously been used as the budget arm of Europcar / but following europcar acquiring goldcar it has now been farmed off to sit under them.

Goldcar have poor reputation !

Unfortunately things not good now - we were given a well shoddy car which was ok for the price paid / but when we returned it their base and the car was accepted back in good condition we thought all was ok . But........

Despite the petrol tank being full to the point of over flowing and No damages sustained to the car / when our deposit was returned monies had been deducted - for what ???? And they won’t supply any details or correspond -

We have handed it to our cdw/ excess insurer to deal with as it’s just not right.
