The Company appointed to complete my repair to my appliance was efficient, prompt and reasonable, I would use them again as long as I could be appointed the same agent.the engineer advised me in advance of his arrival time, completed the repair on the first visit and left me feeling extremely happy with the service I had received, his office staff were amazing and made every effort to provide the service I required right down to the day, I would recommend Glo Tech for their choice of representative in Kent.
