“The fastest insurer so far”

I have used many insurers throughout the years and despite never had issues with any of them, I was wondering when the time will come, in this modern era, to see insurers passing the NCD (No Claim Bonus Discount) info between themselves, instead of bothering us, the insured?
We have credit history and bunch of other data that companies are using, but still have to phone/email your previous insurer and chase them for NCD certificate.
Budget insurers are the first to actually do the check themselves and dealt fast and accurate with the whole process.
I can only say WELL DONE and keep up the good work!
