“Took three attempts to get order through ”

Order process was difficult to use and after returning from PayPal it is not clear that the order is still not complete and you have to click another button.
On the third attempt I managed to get it right.
Then I had a phone call to say they couldn't deliver to the address that was in the note section of the delivery address instructions so I said I was only making it easy for them and just ignore it and send the order without the delivery instructions so they sent the order to my home address rather than the delivery address.
Need to make sure next time I keep it simple on the delivery instructions and forget the note box they provide.
Anyway order all good and great value for money
