I booked a car for 5 days for the end of May 2019, I immediately realised I hadn't changed the collection time so called them straight away to alter this as my flight does not get in until 6pm, yet the collection time was for 10am. I was informed that they cannot change this as the rental company I will be using does not allow changes. I therefore contacted the rental company(Goldcar) and they said it is down to Carjet. They will terminate the car hire if the car is not collected by 4pm and will not issue a refund and it appears it is too much work to change the time by a few hours so I have therefore lost my money. Needless to say I will never use Carjet again and certainly recommend they are avoided
