“Excellent product and service from start to finish!”

We wanted a mid-priced kitchen different to the run of the mill flat pack boredom and opted for German quality. Finally decided on Kutchenhaus Sutton Coldfield branch. Staff were always courteous and informative. We actually put the deposit down a year before finalising the purchase due to delays in finding a builder, and good thing too, as the prices had increased markedly, but our price had been frozen.

Design service was excellent to help visualise the final product although we had to pay the deposit in order to take the drawings away. The person I dealt with did our drawings and he was very informative and suggested some key changes to make the design work better.

From the date of purchase we were quoted 8-10 weeks and the only glitch we had was that we had to call twice to get the surveyor to measure up. After that, and as you would expect from a German manufacturer, all units were delivered in full and on-time and in perfect condition.

Quality of the product is exellent as the units arrive fully customised to our specification and ready built from the factory.

Fitting was also done through Kutchenhaus fitters, and the father and son team (we had the son) did an excellent job. We had to call the fitter back later as one of the units sat on top of the worktop hence needed to wait until worktop was fitted a week later. However you have to bear in mind long lead time for the second fitting.

We have a quartz worktop fitted, again the service, delivery and fitting was superb, right first time.

Overall excellent service and no problems to-date and kitchen looks stunning. Only regret is that we didn’t go all out with the additional gadgets:-)
