Love the way this works, simply eat what you want, when you want. BUT you are accountable for everything you eat and recording it. Take responsibility for the wine and doughnuts by realising that if you have them you aren’t going to get an awful lot more to eat that day. BUT every day is a new day and you begin to make choices about what food is less calorific and how portion size can scupper your goal. So it’s a real learning curve and you quickly realise that you’re in charge of what and how often you eat. Simply put it’s easy to track your calorie intake and equate that with weight loss. Personally I hate being told what to do but am very open to advice. Lost the weight and am maintaining now but am still signed up because I still have a lot to learn and I’m finding it a really good way to keep my weight stable. If you want advice and support from others the forum is brilliant and possibly the least judgemental forum I have ever seen. Nutracheck really does work, yes you have to spend a little while each day recording but it soon becomes 2nd nature and the results are fast and in my opinion it’s worth every penny.
