Illogical behaviour. I have booked twice, the same day a similar car from the same office through doyouSpain. I did not receive a reminder for one of them, and now they would not accept to refund for the rental and insurance for a service I did not use, for the same period having rented with them the same period a similar car in the same office, with overlapping insurence in duplicate...
They are just not willing to be logic.
I feel they are just keeping the money, since they will not pay the rental company (as they told me in Avis) and neither the same insurance coverage, being duplicated for the same kind of car in the name of the same peron ...
