“Very Efficient Company!”

I wanted to order filing trays. Originally I went into a well known High Street stationer's website, saw what I wanted and thought I'd order! Arrrgh- the website froze and so I rang the local branch to see if I could order it from there. NO, because it will need to be paid for! Well, yes I realised that (?!) and had card ready but, NO, I would have to ring their Head Office as they cannot order it for me! I rang their Head Office and, after holding on for 15 mins put the phone down in disgust. I then looked on Google and saw the Office Stationery website. Yes, they had the same item. It was so easy - I simply went online, paid for the product and a few days' later a knock at the door and there was my filing tray, nicely packaged and secure. I realised that I needed another one, so rang Office Stationery direct - phone was answered quickly by a very efficient, pleasant and helpful person. Yes, no problem to order and pay for another and today have my other tray! No fuss, no bother and I would definitely use this company again!
