“Horrible company- get your tickets somewhere else”

I'm naive, I guess. I ordered tickets 6 months ago, and at the time, I was instructed that I would receive an email closer to the date of the concert (which is tomorrow), with instructions to print the tickets off. Come the first of March, I hadn't heard anything. I emailed, and was told that the email would come close to the date. I expressed my concern then, and they said don't worry. It is now the day before the concert, no email. After some very serious prodding and poking, they've emailed me saying that it's an e-ticket, that I need to download on my smart phone. What I if I didn't have one? Why have all of their previous instructions been otherwise? Why, one day before the concert, do they tell me this, only after seriously inquiring about the tickets? And, of course, no refund. My suggest is that you learn from my costly mistake- avoid
