“Value cars ”

Service is a quite slow especially at night, often no body is at the desk as they are dealing with costumers at the car park. You have to call costumer service so they can ask a member to come and meet you, even though flight numbers is shown, no body actually expects you unless you call. The shuttle to terminal 2 is not very regular and if you are in a rush taxi is a better option. No office at terminal 1 after 18:00, which makes the process even longer (around an hour or more). Very disappointing that there is no option for self-check in option even for platinum members with 50 previous reservations. Still they cannot provide fast service, loads of paperwork to fill and sign, every time the same, despite all provided online.
