“Great quality products and amazing customer service. ”

I have been using pet planet for over two years now. Each item i have ordered, have been of very good quality.
I have purchased four beds from them, for different uses, and they have all been of high quality. I also ordered some steps, for my elderly dog, to be able to get on and off the bed. I received the wrong ones, but when I phoned customer service, they were great. They don't try to fob you off, or make excuses, as many companies do. They checked which one I had ordered, apologised and sent the correct one straight out. My main on going purchaseis 'plaque off' powder. My dog had aweful bad breath, until i tried this. It works.
I always feel confident ordering anything from here. As I know their products are of a great standard and I know that if I'm not happy, they will always do whatever it takes to change that.
