“First class help”

I had a problem registering my new policy and viewing the relevant documents. A member of the team helped me and sorted it out. He was extremely polite, sympathetic and patient with a lady whose internet knowledge is limited to say the least. I cannot speak too highly of the service I received. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to take advice from. If he is a typical example of the quality of staff, the company has made good choices.
