“DO NOT RENT A CAR OFF THEM”

The WORST 'car hire firm' I have EVER had to deal with. They charged me 400 euros for damage on the INSIDE EDGES of both doors. There was only ever me in the car & I didn't damage anything! It took 3 months to get back the money from the credit card company & that was because we returned to the place where we hired the car a month later otherwise I'm sure I'd still be out of pocket. DO NOT RENT A CAR OFF THEM. They're owned by Goldcar. AVOID. If you have already booked & can't cancel just don't use them, get a car with someone/anyone else.
