All my luggage and money was stolen. Provided all receipts, documents and reports. I was then asked them same questions and then judged again and Matilda from the claims department really patronized me really badly it was disgusting. They declining my claim for non valid reasons.


Dont take this travel insurance out at any cost AVOID YOU WONT BE PAID!!!
