I was told to collect my car from Euston station. On arrival I was told to go to the Hilton Hotel on Edgware Road. I had to do this at my own expense despite the Hilton not appearing as the collection point on the website.The person I dealt with there was abrupt, unhelpful and uncooperative. He wanted a£1000 before I could take the car. I did not have this in my account. He refused to take any other card and so I could not take the car.
The company refuse to give me a refund of £117 or reimburse me for the uber. Their emails to my complaints don't make any sense as they tell me that the prepaid booking must be cancelled before the start of the rental. This was impossible to do as I went to collect the car without any intention of cancelling the agreement.
