“Terrible, doesn't deserve the star”

Still waiting for my order which is now over two weeks late, that's just the start.

Queried the delay both attempts via email and phone haven't yet had any response.

Just checked my account with them to find that I have been charged twice for the same order and the free incentive has been removed.

Time to take things another step further.
