“Terrible Customer Service”

Please avoid this company.

I desperately needed some business cards for a last minute function. I used solopress as they had a guaranteed 24hr turn-around, despite being very expensive.

Firstly their online ordering system didn't work.

So I had to call to make an order - which I stated needed delivery before 7pm, they called the driver and assured me this would be done, I explained after this time no one would be able to collect the parcel. Sadly they tried to deliver at 9pm so I was not at home.

The cards were then also not delivered the next day.

They got to me two days after I needed them.

When I called to complain, I was told the driver tried to deliver them so it wasn't their fault, despite the conversations above.

At £60 for 50 cards there is only one person happy with this deal!
