“Conclusion to a problem”

I received a fridge earlier this year but unfortunately did not open & check the item as i did not intend on fitting for some time, thinking it was best kept wrapped. When i did open the box, which showed very little signs of damage, it was a disaster. Almost every part of the fridge was damaged which could only have happened through a mojor impact during it's transit proceedure. I was aware that i had not followed the terms & conditions set out on the sales invoice but called Appliance World to explain.
I dealt with Lydia who did all she could for me in this sticky situation. Not knowing who to blame for the damage Lydia struck up a deal for me which, when all is said and done worked out well for all, as i will recommend the company for future business. Every company needs a 'Lydia' Thank you
