“10 hours of boredom. Don't expect extras.”

We flew Amsterdam to New Orleans, a 10 hour day flight with very poor inflight entertainment. We had 4 back to back films (one child's, and 2 with Angelina Jolie) on a TV hanging from the ceiling. It was so boring! Flights were on time thank goodness.

On our return they cancelled the first flight due to mechanical problems. We spent 10 hours at New Orleans airport which has almost no facilities. We were rerouted via Minniapolis. This plane was delayed 45 minutes due to oil refuelling. We arrived as they were making a last call for our onward flight. We ran all the way and it was a long way! Another long haul with no individual TV consul. One of the cabin crew found it impossible to smile-the others were OK but didn't see much of them. Don't expect socks tooth brush or even a wet wipe. A really penny pinching company. Ground staff at New Orleans were very pleasant and helpful.
