The pads:
The price is similar to the standard and the perfomance is another world. the delivery costs are correct because the pads are very heavy
The customer service:
They do all the things very well to me when they could say It`s not our ploblem they help me a lot. I needed to change a pads that I bought with a mistake number and they treated me very quickly and gave to me a solution.
I know when you buy in another country the distance and the language are often a problem but in this case nothing at all. It was great.
If I could I would invite for a beer to James.
The only thing that you can improve is the pdf catalogue of pads and discs where I had the mistake with my pads because It is a litle confused (I bought the car in 2004 and my front pads are for 2005 model. In other cars It can be correct
